week2

This week i have put up pics of the plot on falconblanco on which i am going to grow the veg ,the pics are  before and after i started to clear the plot ,The ground is not to bad there is a lot of rocks i think the ground is limestone with a small amount of soil on top i will have to use a lot of compost mixed in the soil to grow anything.,but we have lots of it so no problem The fence in the pic is to keep the chickens out as they have full run of falconblanco ,one good thing is i do not think birds will be a problem (there hoping) .As you may see in the pic there is a great backdrop to the plot of the mountains I also put up pics of the place were we starting off the seeds up out of the way of the chickens ,it works fine you just pour water in the tray and everything get a drink ,i think it came from a butchers its stainless steel with drain holes at one end,the tubs in the back ground are 3 tubs of carrots

.The plot i am doing is only a faction of land that could be cultivated on falconblanco with a bit of luck we will get more people whom would like to do it.There has be talk f more people coming but we will wait and see .If they want to do it or not thats ok its the point of this place .A place to live in peace.

I also put a pic of my lunch one day just in case you think commune food is a bit iffiy what you see is quite normal it all veg but thats ok it good for you.
